Can I pay cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash on delivery orders, however if you still want to order on cash on delivery, please do so from Myntra or Amazon by searching ReDesign on them.
I tried to make a payment, but it failed or an amount was deducted, but the order was not placed successfully. What should I do?
Don’t worry, your money is absolutely safe.
In case you’re not sure if your order was successful, please check your inbox. A successful order is confirmed via email, which may land in your spam or junk folder. If there’s nothing there or in your inbox, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team via WhatApp (+91 8901884444) or email (care@redesignsports.com) to check if your order went through.
In case your order was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted, the amount will be reversed to your source account within 8-10 working days.
How can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?
You can change the delivery address before the order has been shipped; i.e, until the ‘Ready to Ship’ stage. However, once the order has been shipped, your address or number can’t be changed.

Orders once shipped are typically delivered within 02-06 working days. All deliveries dispatch from Delhi. Deliveries may be delayed due to factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
