We're happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits. If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size, we will gladly offer you an exchange.

Once we have received the returned products, exchange will be processed within next working day.

No questions asked for return & 100% refund guarantee. If you change your mind about your purchase from www.redesignsports.com, we are happy to refund your full amount if returned within 07 days of its original purchase.

All returned items must be new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. Any used product will be denied of refund.

 

How do i return the product?

Please drop a request for return/exchange via whatsapp message to 8901884444 and email to care@redesignsports.com. We'll schedule a reverse pickup and product will be picked within 2 days from your address.

 

When will my purchase be refunded?

We will process your refund on next working day after we’ve received and inspected your return. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.

 

I think my item might be faulty?

We only want our customers to be wearing the best possible garments. If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please for email us at care@redesignsports.com or whatsapp us at +91-8901884444, along with any relevant images. We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours.
