How will I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please don’t forget to check your spam and move us to your inbox so you don’t miss important updates from us :)
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash on delivery orders, however if you still want to order on cash on delivery, please do so from Myntra or Amazon by searching ReDesign on them.
I tried to make a payment, but it failed or an amount was deducted, but the order was not placed successfully. What should I do?
Don’t worry, your money is absolutely safe.
In case you’re not sure if your order was successful, please check your inbox. A successful order is confirmed via email, which may land in your spam or junk folder. If there’s nothing there or in your inbox, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team via WhatApp (+91 8901884444) or email (care@redesignsports.com) to check if your order went through.
In case your order was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted, the amount will be reversed to your source account within 8-10 working days.
How can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?
You can change the delivery address before the order has been shipped; i.e, until the ‘Ready to Ship’ stage. Just get in touch with Natasha from our Customer Bliss Team via WhatApp (+91 8901884444) or email (care@redesignsports.com). However, once the order has been shipped, your address or number can’t be changed.
Which courier company handles orders?
Our orders are shipped via Delhivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can alternatively click on 'Track Order' From navigation menu.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders once shipped are typically delivered within 02-06 working days. All deliveries dispatch from Delhi. Deliveries may be delayed due to factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
How to Place Return or exchange request?
Please go to my account and create a return request with reason, then our team will reach out to you for next steps.
